If your order was shipped in several packages, you'll now find all your tracking links in one place. From your Back Market Pro account, identify the order you want to know some details about , click "Track your order" to see every shipment listed, each with its own tracking link.

You can also access the same information from your order detail page, where all tracking links are grouped together under the Tracking section, along with the carrier used for each shipment.

If the seller provided several tracking links at once when shipping your order, you'll receive a single email listing all of them. If a seller adds a tracking link later, for instance if part of your order ships separately, you'll receive a new email each time, so you always know how to follow your delivery.
