If you pay by credit card, your invoice will be sent as an attachment to your order confirmation email, and can also be downloaded from Your orders. To download it, go to Your Orders, click on the order number for which you want the invoice, then click “Download Invoice”.

If you pay for your order by bank transfer, a purchase order is generated (this is not an invoice at this stage). This purchase order is sent to you as an attachment to the order confirmation email and can also be downloaded from Your orders. Once your order has been paid for and shipped, your invoice is generated automatically. It is available in your customer account. To download it, click on the order number for which you want the invoice in Your orders, then "Download Invoice”.

Please note: Back Market Pro is a marketplace. If your cart contains products sold by different sellers, you will receive one invoice per seller. See more about it here.
