How do I change my account information?Updated 2 months ago

You can update your account details directly from your Back Market Pro account settings, such as:

• Profile information: first and last name, phone number, email address, and password.

• Business information: EIN number, billing email address, business owner's first and last name, and business owner's email and phone number.

• Shipping and billing addresses: 
  1. Add a new address at any time.
  2. Keep multiple shipping and/or billing addresses, OR delete an address you no longer need (highlighted in red in the screenshot below).
