Our customers include businesses of all sizes, from freelancers to large corporations. If you are a refurbisher or a reseller and would like to sell on the platform, here is everything you need to know.
What are the requirements?
Be a professional refurbisher or seller
Be able to handle B2B specifics: wide inventory, bulk deliveries, and flexibility in certain processes.
How to join?
The process is straightforward and handled in close collaboration with a dedicated Back Market Pro account manager who will guide you through each step.
Step 1: Create your Back Market for individuals account
If you don’t already have one, create an account on Back Market for individuals here and complete the KYB (Know Your Business) verification process. This allows us to verify your identity and ensure you meet our compliance standards.
Already selling on Back Market for individuals? You can skip this step, since your existing KYB information will be used.
Step 2: Apply to Back Market Pro
Fill in this form to express your interest in joining Back Market Pro. Please make sure to explain why you want to sell on Back Market Pro. You can do so directly in the form or to your dedicated account manager once assigned. Our team will get back to you within 5 to 7 business days.
Step 3: Application review
Our team will review your application by assessing the opportunity: your quality standards, the volume and type of products you sell, and your overall fit with Back Market Pro’s requirements. We will get back to you with our decision once the review is complete.
Step 4: Share your key information
If your application is validated, you will need to provide:
The full address from which you ship your products.
The email address where you would like to receive order notifications (also used for Stripe).
(EU only) Your VAT number and VAT scheme (marginal or standard).
Step 5: Create your Stripe account
Payments on Back Market Pro are processed via Stripe. You will receive a registration link from our team to create your Stripe Connect account, through which you will receive your weekly payouts.
